Prepare for conversations about assessment and support
A structured account of symptoms and their day-to-day impact can help you explain what has been difficult, whether you are asking your GP about referral, speaking to a SENCo or discussing support at work.
Our reports will include scored questionnaires, a visual profile and a clinical review. They do not guarantee a referral, diagnosis or adjustments.
