For universities and students

Explain the difficulties behind the missed deadline.

A student may know that organisation, concentration or daily routines are becoming difficult without knowing how to explain the pattern. Their ADHD Passport helps them prepare for a focused conversation with student support or their GP.

What it adds

Useful information, prepared for a real conversation

01

Make the impact easier to explain

Bring together examples from study and everyday life, screening findings and relevant background, rather than asking a student to recall everything in one appointment.

02

Identify the right support conversation

Use the account to discuss study demands, current support and whether specialist assessment or further evidence would be useful.

03

Help the student manage their information

The student controls who receives their downloaded Passport. It can support a conversation without requiring them to give everyone access to their account.

From information to action

How to use the Passport

  1. Prepare for the support appointment

The student can highlight the examples that best describe their current difficulties and decide what they want to discuss.

  2. Explore practical changes

Discuss study planning, teaching access, deadlines and other relevant needs through the university's usual procedures.

  3. Clarify any evidence still required

Explain which forms of evidence are needed for formal adjustments or funding, and help the student identify the next step if more assessment is required.

Questions that move the discussion forward

  • Which parts of study are hardest to manage consistently?
  • What support has helped before?
  • What evidence does the university or funding body need?

What the Passport does not decide

The Passport is not a diagnosis and does not establish eligibility for Disabled Students' Allowance, exam arrangements or a particular adjustment. Each process has its own evidence requirements.

A document you can check. Information the person controls.

Each issued Passport combines the introduction letter and report in one PDF, digitally certified by Neuro FX Ltd after clinical approval. Its reference and QR code provide a route to check the issued document.

How review and document verification work

The person chooses who receives their copy. Agree a secure way to share it and handle it under your organisation's confidentiality and retention procedures. The verification page does not disclose their questionnaire answers or clinical findings.
