The Passport combines your account and screening evidence with clinical review, making it easier to prepare for a GP, school, study or workplace conversation.

A clear next step
The screening evidence may indicate that further formal ADHD assessment is recommended. We keep that separate from a diagnosis, which requires comprehensive clinical assessment.
