The next stage

What we want to make possible

Update your account as circumstances change

Add relevant developments such as a new school, a different role or a later clinical assessment, with clear dates and sources so old and new information remain distinguishable.

Repeat screening and compare over time

Record later questionnaire responses and observations using appropriately comparable measures. The aim is to make change easier to discuss, not to turn a score into a diagnosis or a judgement about treatment.

Keep later diagnostic reports alongside your screening

Bring a future ADHD diagnosis or autism screening or diagnostic report from an appropriate provider into the same personal record. Adding that document would not mean ADHDassess had made the diagnosis.

Bring titration records and observations to appointments

Keep relevant clinician-provided titration information and dated symptom or side-effect observations together. These could give a prescriber better context during review, alongside the clinical checks they require.

Why keeping a history matters

01

Less repeated explanation

A dated record can help a new professional understand what has already happened and what still needs exploring.

02

More useful review appointments

Examples recorded over time can be easier to discuss than trying to remember several months of experience in a short appointment.

03

A clearer account of change

Distinguishing your observations, other people's contributions and clinician-issued records helps recipients understand each source.

Designed to support care, not direct it

Any future monitoring features would support discussion with the responsible clinician. They would not choose medication, calculate doses, establish that prescribing is safe or provide continuous safety monitoring.

Clinical oversight, appropriate measurements, permissions, privacy, version history and verification will need to be in place before these services are offered. Timing, eligibility and pricing are not yet set; any paid service would require a separate choice.
