The terms on which we provide the ADHDassess screening service, written to be clear about what you are buying.
These terms follow the Neuro FX Ltd legal and data-protection framework and are written in plain English. Product-specific terms remain subject to the same governance and review process. Questions: info@neurofx.co.uk.
The service
ADHDassess provides a structured, clinician-reviewed ADHD screening for £99. You receive a detailed report and the relevant clinician-signed letters. ADHDassess is a product of Neuro FX Ltd.
What screening is, and is not
Screening is not a diagnosis. It organises structured screening evidence into a report and a referral support letter, so the next clinician in your pathway has what they need. A formal diagnosis requires a full diagnostic assessment. ADHDassess does not prescribe medication and is not an emergency or crisis service.
Eligibility
The adult battery is for people aged 18 and over. The paediatric battery is for children and young people aged 6 to 17, purchased and completed by a parent or legal guardian. You confirm you have the authority to provide the information you submit, including any informant invitation.
Payment and refunds
Payment of £99 is taken at checkout, or in instalments through a Buy Now, Pay Later provider where offered. You can have a full refund before you start the first screening form. Once you begin a screening form, work on the service is under way and the fee is no longer refundable. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Your responsibilities
The value of screening depends on honest, accurate answers. You are responsible for the information you and your informants provide. The report reflects what was submitted at the time it was completed.
Liability
We deliver the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties such as a GP, an employer, a school or a local authority on the basis of your report. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
