You only reach payment after completing the screening and choosing to buy your Passport. Stripe shows the available options before you confirm.

Klarna and Clearpay options are subject to eligibility, approval and the provider's terms. Check the repayment schedule before agreeing to any instalment plan.

Your purchase includes a £50 NeuroFX benefit

If you later choose an eligible NeuroFX assessment or medication service, you can use your individual £50 code at checkout. You do not have to use NeuroFX for any further care.

The code is issued after Passport purchase, can be redeemed once and expires after 90 days. It is not a cash payment or a further discount on this £99 Passport.

We donate £5 from each paid Passport to ADHD UK. This is included in the price, not added at checkout.

If you need to cancel

You can request a refund before opening or downloading your paid Passport. Once you have opened or downloaded it, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Your statutory rights, including remedies if the service or document is faulty, are unaffected. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

When you request a refund, your unused £50 NeuroFX code is cancelled, whether the request is for a full or partial refund. If you have already used the code, we review that separately. We do not make an automatic additional charge.
